Teachers & Instructors
We collaborate with local and international teachers, who bring their own experience and practice to the class. Teachers have an opportunity to lead their classes in a pure and honest way because our classes are mostly curated by themselves. By having this freedom, we can guarantee a diverse class schedule and also include signature classes.
Roxana-Daniela Vas
Our in-house Tarot reader and yoga teacher, she is a spiritual human and discovered yoga over 10 years ago and practiced ever since. Her journey in this world had a soft and gradually pace as she practiced different styles and joined various communities, where she helped and practiced as a karma yogi, worked as a studio host, then (naturally) studied to become a yoga teacher. That eventually lead to creating a space dedicated to yoga and mindfulness practices in 2018. Next to being a yoga teacher and studio manager, she is a certified Tarot Master, and an essential oils educator. Currently she’s teaching easy vinyasa flows and restorative yoga classes for people to relax, let go and connect with their bodies and inner intuitive movements, a meditative and calm state of being is one of the goals in her teachings. In the present moment she is studying Reiki Master certification, NLP programming and Tibetan Buddhism. All these completing her holistic wellness as a way of living and to support her students.

“I have been practicing yoga since 2013 and I never stopped. I started my first yoga teacher training (YTT) in 2015 because I wanted to know more about yoga. And I also discovered the love for teaching.
A truly memorable experience was while I practiced to obtain my Hatha training certificate in the Indian Himalayas. When I returned back to Amsterdam, I obtained my Yin and Nidra YTT, and this year I have also received my Restorative YTT.
I like to teach yoga because doing yoga myself has taught me so much about my body, my mind and about breathing. I am well aware that everybody is different and I teach accordingly. One of my favorite quotes is from Bernie Clark and he says 'We don't use the body to get into the pose, we use the pose to get into the body'.”
Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certificates: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Restorative.

“When I took my first Pilates class back in 2010, the teacher gave us such specific cues that I was able to bring awareness to and activate muscles I didn't even know existed. I loved how it felt to fully connect to my body while giving my restless mind something to focus on. Ever since, I have found Pilates to be truly transformative, not only for my physical body but also my mental and emotional well-being. Eager to share this practice, I completed Mat and Equipment Pilates Teacher Training in California.
It wasn't until after years of teaching that I realized what I was really hoping to communicate to students was the power of mindfulness and connection in the present moment. Inspired to explore the roots of mindfulness teachings, I traveled through India and Southeast Asia where I completed teacher training in yoga and meditation and dived much deeper into my own practice and understanding.
As a teacher, I hope to create a space where students can come into their bodies through movement and stillness, while cultivating gratitude, compassion, a conscious mind, and an open heart. My classes are a place to just be as you are, relax your judgement, and realize the joy in that.”

I discovered the transformative power of sports years ago - extreme sports at first, then martial arts, dancing, yoga and CrossFit. All those experiences helped me develop a healthy relationship with my body, which deepened when I began practicing mindfulness and meditation. Soon after that I started experimenting with sound and realized its healing powers.
I believe that we all have magical power within us, which we can access through connecting with our mind, body and soul. I am looking forward to sharing with you experiences that are going to deepen those connections.
