In this ceremony journey you will be invited to dive deep into yourself, explore and experience relaxation and self-work. Our Forever Cacao, ceremonial grade cacao is made from Ashaninka heirloom strains of Rio Ene. Unlike conventional Cacao or cocoa powder, the ceremonial grade cacao has not been defatted and is minimally processed to maximize its many health benefits.

Please bring the following for the ceremony:
· Your own cup for cacao (optional)
· Water bottle
· A Journal and pen
· Blanket or towel to sit on in ceremony
What to expect: pure bliss and relaxation, deep connection with yourself and others and an open heart!
* * * Please read and respect all the following measurements when you arrive at the studio: As you enter you need to clean your hands with the provided disinfectant gel. Do not take props when inside the studio, choose your mat space that’s already provided and you may ask the teacher or host if you need any props. Limited studio space per class, so please book your class in advance and do not drop in. Please bring a blanket or two for covering the props at the studio and yourself if you get cold. Optional if you own props, you’re more than welcome to take them with you. Please come by already dressed (no changing room available) , clean and with no symptoms. Bring your own water bottle! Disinfectants available at the studio. Try to not use our toilets.
